Additionally, they dedicate the entire steer to be ground up to make the Ground Beef, meaning that all the juicy steaks and roasts are ground. The results are ground beef that is very tender, flavorful and lean! The beef is dry aged to perfection and comes in 1 lb packages.  This selection includes 10 packages
