Uncured you will receive pork belly
Cured you will receive brown sugar cured bacon.
Our Family Package is our BEST VALUE! It includes 1/4 of a Grass and Barley Fed Beef at $5.40 per lb VS. $5.50 and 1/2 of a pasture raised Berkshire pork @ $4.55 per lb. vs $4.75 when ordering a half pig alone.
Family Package DEPOSIT
A Family Package will include:
1/4 Grass and Barley Fed Beef – Final hanging weight between 165-215 lbs) Your cost is $5.40/lb. vs. $5.50/lb. when ordering 1/4 beef alone.
1/2 Berkshire Pork – (80-110 lbs hanging weight) Your cost is $4.55/lb
With the Family Package pricing, you can expect a total cost in the range $1,255 – $1,661) with an average around $1,458
We won’t have the actual total price of your order until the week of delivery. It is at this point that we get the total weight for each animal and will invoice you a balance due which you will pay upon receipt.
All meat is vacuum packaged in clear packaging and frozen at the butcher. Each type of cut is labeled on the packaging.
